All great things begin with passion. Nibbles and Sips was Lindsey’s way of bringing her two biggest passions together, gathering the ones you love and great FOOD. Lindsey is always learning, exploring and finding new ways to provide the very best to you and yours.
A Grand Junction native, Lindsey Carattini and her family love enjoying the Colorado outdoors. Family and friends are always near as she is sure to whip up goodies no matter where they are. In between business and family, she also volunteers with several organizations such as Special Olympics. She believes it’s important to not only “be” where you live, but “be involved” where you live.
